The 2022 Dragonfly 28 Performance is a modern sailing yacht built in composite, combining performance and comfort for day sailing and longer cruises. At just under 29 feet with a beam of 8.3 feet, the boat features wave-piercing floats that maximize volume and sea-keeping ability. Power comes from a single 20 hp Honda auxiliary engine. The rig consists of a 13.6-meter mast, Elvström Epex sails including a full-batten mainsail (43 m²) and jib (21.5 m²) with black Technora fibers, plus a self-tailing winch system for easy handling. A Barber system is fitted for both jib and spinnaker, with Code 0 sheets in Dyneema and dedicated blocks.
The interior features two cabins and one head arranged with modern maple joinery. The forward cabin has double sliding doors, two fixed portholes, opening hatch with blind and mosquito net, and indirect LED lighting. A 45-liter 12V cold box, two-burner gas cooker with 3 kg bottle, and dorade box ventilation support cruising. The main cabin includes an opening deck panel with shade system and curtains.
Deck layout includes a removable cockpit table, canvas canopy with integrated side and aft closure, fold-down aft seating, and a comfort backrest. Two deck-mounted cleats, 1.9-meter bowsprit, and UV-protected sail covers complete the rigging hardware.
Electronics run through a Raymarine suite: dual i70s multifunction displays, 7-inch Axiom color GPS plotter with antenna, RAY53 VHF with integrated GPS, and ST 2000 removable tiller pilot. A 60-watt solar panel with regulator, Victron 15 Amp charger, 220V power with 20-meter shore cable, and three-color LED anchor light provide independent cruising capability. A 7-person safety package and 4-person liferaft are included. Micron 350 black antifouling protects the hull.
