The 2022 Formula 400 Super Sport Crossover is a 40-foot open bow design powered by four Mercury Racing 400R outboards totaling 1,600 horsepower. Built on a fiberglass hull with a deep-V design, the boat carries an upgraded black metallic finish and has spent its entire life in freshwater with minimal engine hours on the clock.
The layout centers on Formula's SmartZone concept, which divides the cockpit into distinct entertaining zones while maintaining sightlines across the boat. The bow features wrap-around seating with triple-width forward lounge and side seating that sweeps across the open bow. The helm has triple command seating with adjustable bottoms and customizable footrests. Aft of the helm sits an outdoor kitchen with Corian countertop, stainless steel pullout refrigerator, fiberglass sink, and StarBoard drawer storage. Behind that, a U-shaped lounge converts to a rear-facing sunpad and extends to a swim platform.
Below deck, the cabin offers a convertible dinette berth, an aft stateroom bed, a stand-up head compartment, and a galley with sink and microwave. The full-height windshield and coupe top enclose the cockpit, allowing movement across the entire width and protecting the entertaining spaces from weather.
The boat is equipped with an onboard generator and Seakeeper gyro stabilizer. Always stored on a lift under cover and never exposed to saltwater or bottom paint, the hull remains in sound condition. The boat has 200 hours on the four Mercury engines and 220 hours on the generator.
