The 2022 Fountain 34 Tournament Edition is a center console built for serious fishing. Powered by three Mercury engines producing 900 horsepower combined, the boat features Fountain's twin-step Positive Lift hull design with a pad keel and notch transom, engineered for low-speed stability, fuel efficiency, and controlled handling in larger water conditions. The three-piece construction—hull, liner, and deck—uses high-density cored materials throughout, with the stringers and transom reinforced in fiberglass-composite and all major joints glued, through-bolted, and tabbed.
The cockpit prioritizes fishing functionality. The boat accommodates 52 rod holders across the T-top and gunwales, with 5 in-floor insulated storage boxes and a 380-quart coffin box cooler at the bow. Two pressurized livewell tanks sit aft. The tackle center includes dual storage cabinets, a rigging station, removable cutting board, and 7-inch lure trays. Thick coaming pads on both sides provide secure footing, and a slide-in safety ladder aids transom access.
Standard features include dual bilge pumps (2000 GPH each), electric-hydraulic steering with Mercury DTS controls, high-performance trim tabs, and a full array of LED lighting—four spreader lights on the T-top, a 10,000-lumen light bar, and navigation and courtesy lights throughout. The dash carries a carbon fiber panel with stainless steel wheel, push-button switches with LED indicators, and magnetic compass. An onboard head with ceramic toilet, pressurized transom shower, fresh water sink, and both fresh and raw water washdown complete the amenities.
