2022 Fountaine Pajot Astrea 42 Catamaran

This 2022 Fountaine Pajot Astrea 42 is a fiberglass catamaran with a beam of nearly 24 feet, powered by two Volvo diesel engines of 50 horsepower each. The Maestro variant includes the Oceanic package and features a teak cockpit, bimini top at the helm, and comprehensive deck equipment including dual fresh and seawater wash outlets and additional mooring cleats.

The boat carries substantial electronics: dual Garmin chartplotters (one in the saloon, one at the helm), autopilot with remote control, AIS, VHF radio with a second unit, and a 1-kilowatt fishfinder. Navigation safety includes an eight-person life raft, electric anchor platform, spare delta anchor, and an Ultra anchor with 100 meters of chain. A Highfield dinghy with 20-horsepower engine and cover is included.

Accommodations and systems reflect a well-appointed cruising setup.
