2022 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 349

The 2022 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 349 is a modern cruising sailboat built in fiberglass with a 36-foot waterline and 11-foot beam. Power comes from a single 21-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine, and the boat sails at approximately 7 knots in typical conditions. The yacht sleeps six across two cabins and has one head, making it suitable for extended cruising or family voyages.

The boat has been substantially upgraded since leaving the factory. It carries three Raymarine multifunction displays—two Axiom 9s mounted forward in the cockpit and an Axiom 7 at the helm. New Dyneema running rigging was installed in 2024, and the sail plan has been completely refreshed with Quantum sails including a square-top main, genoa, and custom spinnaker with stackpack system. The original factory sails remain on board. Additional upgrades include an electric winch handle, an improved tack line system on the bowsprit, and a feathering three-blade propeller.

Accommodation refinements include widened settees in the saloon for increased sleeping comfort, newly oiled teak in the cockpit, and new fenders and dock lines. Exterior protection consists of a full cover, and the bottom is cleaned regularly. Deck equipment includes a pedestal-mounted barbecue and a portable pizza oven.
