2022 MasterCraft XStar S

The 2022 MasterCraft XSTAR S is the flagship of MasterCraft's modern V-drive surf and wake lineup, built on a 23-foot fiberglass hull rated for 16 people or 2,400 pounds total capacity. Power comes from an Ilmor 6.2L GDI V-Drive engine producing approximately 430 horsepower, paired with the MasterCraft SurfStar System and Quad Hard Tank Ballast configuration for responsive wave-shaping and consistent wake geometry. The V-drive layout positions the prop further aft than traditional ski boats, producing the kind of wake character modern wakeboarders and wakesurfers expect.

The boat is extensively equipped with premium factory options. The Z8 Tower (upgraded from the standard Z6) includes Tower Racks Supreme Silver and a four-speaker S85 Silver Cans audio package from JL Audio for high-output tower-zone coverage. The helm features a Premium Plus Dual Screen Package with dual touchscreen displays for surf-system control, ballast management, and engine telemetry. The DockStar Handling System provides joystick-controlled precision steering and throttle for low-speed maneuvering. Additional amenities include RGB Accent Lighting, Speaker Light Rings, Underwater Lighting, an Activ-View Elite Mirror, integrated wireless charging pads, a cabin heater, and a hydraulic seat lift.

The interior is finished in a tri-tone Coolfeel upholstery configuration pairing Stealth Gray, Viper Red, and Alpine White with Deckadence Gray floor covering and Reflex Titanium pleats. Seating includes a Convertible R/S and Starboard Pop-Up Seatback for flexible cockpit configuration. The Comfort and Convenience Package adds premium seat heaters and additional storage options throughout the cabin.

The exterior is painted in a multi-zone specification featuring White on the hull bottom, Silver Flake on Hull Zone 1, Viper Red Flake on Hull Zones 2 and 3, and Silver Flake on Deck 2, with Black Satin designator graphics. The boat measures 23 feet overall with a 102-inch beam, weighs approximately 5,800 pounds dry, carries 76 gallons of fuel, and drafts 32 inches. A tandem-axle trailer with brakes is included.
