The 2022 NauticStar 215 XTS is a 21-foot bay boat built on a fiberglass hull with composite construction and a 98-inch beam. The hull features wood-free composite materials, vinyl ester barrier coat, and a fiberglass stringer system, with a self-bailing cockpit finished in molded non-skid. The boat is designed to work equally well as a serious fishing platform or a family day boat.
The layout centers on an elevated two-tone console with a removable curved windshield, five-spoke stainless steel wheel, and black acrylic gauge panel. The bow features a polished stainless steel seat base, while three-across jump seats with stainless steel locking hinges flip up to accommodate guests. Fishing-focused storage includes a dual rod box with organizer for ten rods, two aerated livewells with high-speed aerator pickups and 800 GPH pumps, two insulated fish boxes, six console vertical rod holders, two gunnel rod holders, and horizontal rod holders on each side.
Equipment includes a 12-volt electrical system with circuit breaker protection, auto bilge pump, dual battery shut-off switch, molded anchor storage with anchor, and stainless steel hardware throughout—rub rail inserts, pull-up cleats, drink holders, and floor drains. The self-bailing cockpit design and toe kick in the console support active fishing.
This example is equipped with a jackplate, dual 10-foot Raptor tunnels, a nine-inch Simrad GO Series display, an upgraded leaning post with backrest and flip-up bolsters, and an eighty-pound Minnkota I-Pilot trolling motor with quick release and charger. It comes with an all-welded tandem-axle trailer.
