2022 Nimbus 405 Coupe

The 2022 Nimbus 405 Coupe is a 40-foot fiberglass cruiser built with high-end finishes and quality throughout. Twin Volvo D6 diesel engines produce 380 horsepower each, delivering a cruising speed of 20 knots with the option to reach 30 knots, while also enabling efficient operation at lower speeds. The boat is equipped with a Simrad glass cockpit, Mastervolt 3000W inverter, and an 8 KW Fisher Panda generator.

The interior layout features three staterooms and two heads arranged to maximize living space while maintaining usable exterior walkways. The accommodation design reflects an asymmetrical approach that balances comfort with practical deck safety and access.

The boat carries substantial equipment for extended cruising: bow and stern thrusters with wireless remote, Humphree trim tab inceptors with auto trim, a diesel furnace for cold-weather operation, and Dometic reverse cycle heat and air conditioning in two zones. Additional features include a custom cockpit enclosure with bug screens and ceramic window tint on the salon windows. A 2024 Highfield 260 tender with 9.9 horsepower motor and davit are included.
