The 2022 Robalo R272 is a 27-foot center console built on a Kevlar-reinforced fiberglass hull. Powered by twin gasoline engines, the boat is engineered for offshore fishing and capable of handling rough conditions while delivering a dry ride. The design combines functional fishing capability with modern onboard systems.
The layout centers on the console with full visibility forward, supported by a hardtop with integrated frame and complete windshield system including wipers. Hydraulic power-assisted steering with tilt helm and dual trim tabs manage handling and trim. Electronics include an integrated display with multifunction chart capability, VHF radio, and a marine stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. Navigation essentials—compass, lights, and radar capability—are integrated into the system.
Storage and utility features are comprehensive: insulated compartments, overhead rod storage rockets, gunwale storage lighting, stainless rod holders and cup holders, and an anchor windlass with stainless roller. The boat includes a livewell system, dual battery configuration with automatic charger and multi-battery switch, freshwater and raw water washdown systems, a transom shower, and a boarding ladder. LED courtesy and overhead lighting, high water bilge alarm, and a digital fuel management display complete the systems. Stainless steel hardware, grab handles, cleats, and rub rail provide durability and safety throughout.
