2022 Scout 215 XSF

The Scout 215 XSF is a center console built on a composite hull with a Mercury 200-hp outboard. Scout's stepped NuV3 hull design improves fuel efficiency and adapts to varying water conditions, offering stability in flat seas and a smoother ride in chop. The boat reaches speeds of 48–50 mph and cruises at around 30 mph with approximately 3.8 mpg fuel consumption.

The layout centers on fishing practicality and family comfort. A 21-gallon livewell in the port aft corner keeps bait accessible. An anchor locker with recessed hanger and secure blocks supports easy anchoring. Bow seating with cushions and a sun lounge provide relaxation space. The helm includes flip-up leaning post bolsters for ergonomic support, and a Simrad GPS/sonar system is installed in the dash. A Fusion Bluetooth stereo system is included.

The hull is hand-laid fiberglass construction, uncommon at this size and price point, combining strength with weight reduction. The boat accommodates up to nine passengers and is rated for both serious fishing and family cruising.
