The 2022 Scout 277 LXF is a composite-hull center console sportfish powered by dual Yamaha F200XCA engines equipped with digital electronic controls and power-assist hydraulic steering. The engines, with 130 hours on them, are painted in Scout white to match the hull. At 27 feet 9 inches long with a 9-foot beam, the boat delivers the stability and handling expected of the platform.
Navigation and communication are handled by dual Garmin 8610 displays, a Garmin B60 transducer, and a Garmin VHF 115 radio. Phone connectivity streams directly to the Garmin screens via HDMI. The helm features an Edson steering wheel, helm seats with folding bolsters and armrests, and an LED trim indicator switch. A deluxe fiberglass leaning post with rod holders sits just behind the wheel, with additional rod and cup holders mounted in the bow.
The boat carries a complete package of comfort and convenience upgrades. A JL Audio system with four 7.7-inch speakers, a 10-inch subwoofer, and amplifier handles entertainment. Gray non-skid decking, Seadek matting, and a canvas package establish the seating and shaded areas throughout the console. The forward sunshade provides additional protection on the water. A 65-quart Yeti cooler is included, along with a dual engine flush kit for maintenance.
