2022 Sportsman Open 242 Center Console

This 2022 Sportsman Open 242 is a 24-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single Yamaha 300 hp engine with under 200 hours of running time. The boat features a full color-matched hard top with white powder-coated rod holders, providing weather protection and storage for tackle.

The layout includes generous bow seating with cushions, a substantial stern seat, and extensive storage throughout the boat. Two livewells serve anglers—a 45-gallon leaning post livewell and a 35-gallon stern livewell. Large fish boxes and numerous hatches provide ample room for gear and catch.

Navigation and safety equipment includes a Garmin GPS and depth finder, Garmin VHF radio, and Sea Star hydraulic steering for smooth operation. A Minn Kota Terrova offshore trolling motor aids positioning. The electrical setup features bilge pumps, spreader and T-top lights, a 10-foot white power pole, trim tabs, saltwater wash-down, and a swim ladder. Audio comes from a Fusion Bluetooth stereo with JL speakers.
