This 2022 Sunreef 70 is a 74.8-foot sailing catamaran built from fiberglass by the Polish shipyard Sunreef. Constructed to commercial standards though used privately, she was delivered with extensive upgrades including carbon spars, lithium batteries, solar panels, and a hydraulic swim platform with three operational positions: an extension to the main deck for entertainment, a beach club platform at sea level, and an underwater tender recovery system rated for 1,200 kilograms.
The yacht offers 287 square meters of interior and exterior living space across two decks. The main deck features 360-degree views through large windows and hull-height sliding glass doors, a port-side lounge that doubles as a formal dining area, a galley with breakfast bar to starboard, and access forward to a large foredeck terrace with trampolines. The flybridge includes lounge, dining, and barbecue areas, with additional open-air dining on the main deck aft.
Below deck, four en suite cabins accommodate eight guests. The owner's suite on the port hull features a king bed, dual bathrooms, and a walk-in wardrobe; three queen cabins on the starboard hull are similarly appointed with natural light from hull ports and deck hatches. Crew quarters accommodate up to five additional people.
Twin 225-horsepower John Deere diesel engines deliver a maximum speed of 12 knots and a cruising speed of nine knots under power. The 35.4-foot beam provides natural stability at anchor, while lithium battery systems allow generator-free operation in silent, eco mode.
