2022 Triton 179 TrX

The 2022 Triton 179 TrX is an 18-foot-6-inch bay boat built on a lightweight fiberglass hull designed for shallow-water fishing and tight maneuvering. Powered by a Mercury 115 Pro XS 4-stroke outboard with 260 hours, the boat delivers fast acceleration and cruises at high speed with quiet, fuel-efficient operation. A Minn Kota Fortrex bow-mount trolling motor provides precise positioning and shallow-water control.

The cockpit and storage are built around fishing efficiency. A 36-gallon aerated livewell keeps bait and catches fresh, while rod lockers on the port and starboard sides accommodate rods up to 7 feet long. Additional storage includes a center gear compartment and a built-in ice chest. The boat holds 26 gallons of fuel and is rated for 600 pounds of person weight capacity.

The fiberglass hull shows no soft spots and retains its bright gelcoat finish. A custom Triton trailer with swing tongue is included, allowing for straightforward storage and towing.
