The Venture 14 prioritizes comfort and versatility in its layout. The tall console offers three separate driving positions through a flip-up bolster, deep heel recess, tilt steering, and top-mount throttle—allowing the operator to stand, sit upright, or recline as conditions warrant. The rear seat is wider than comparable 14-foot tenders, with thick cushions and deep seating that provide genuine legroom. A console dash accepts a 9-inch chartplotter, gauges, and stereo components. Practical boarding steps are positioned at the bow, port, starboard, and aft; an integrated folding ladder simplifies reboarding after water activities. Seating options include either a 4-seat pedestal or 5-seat bench console base.

Storage and onboard systems integrate fuel and freshwater tanks beneath the floor to preserve gear space. Five stainless steel cup holders, a built-in cooler, and bow seating round out the accommodation features. The hull employs a deep modified variable V design with large lifting strakes for a smooth, dry ride without requiring trim tabs or trim wings.
