The 2023 Bali 4.8 is a 48-foot fiberglass catamaran built on a design that prioritizes open-plan living and flexible interior spaces. The yacht features the signature "Bali garage door"—a retractable aft wall that opens the main saloon to the outside, creating a seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces and allowing natural ventilation throughout the boat. This design transforms the traditional layout into one centered on flow and sightlines.

The forward area replaces conventional trampolines with a cushioned lounge deck, accessed directly from the saloon through a full-sized door. The flybridge provides additional seating and sunbathing areas with elevated views. The open-plan approach extends throughout, emphasizing expansive gathering spaces over compartmentalized cabins, and the design supports both relaxation and social entertaining.

The catamaran is powered by a single diesel engine. The hull is fiberglass construction, built in 2023.
