The 2023 Barletta C20Q is a 21-foot aluminum pontoon built with a quad-lounge layout that prioritizes open seating and comfort. The design wraps lounge furniture around the perimeter, creating a social atmosphere while the railed configuration helps keep passengers secure underway. Construction details include 25-inch diameter pontoon tubes, a 20-inch transom, seven-ply three-quarter-inch plywood decking, and a hybrid crossmember system combining box, I-beam, and C-channel members for structural integrity.

The helm features a midback reclining seat with swivel and slide, a premium steering wheel, and integrated controls including a cell phone holder with charging and auxiliary input. A Lowrance Hook 5 fishfinder is mounted at the helm, alongside a fire extinguisher. The Hertz marine stereo system includes six speakers and pairs with USB charging ports and cupholders throughout the boat.
