2023 Bavaria C38

The 2023 Bavaria C38 is a 38-foot fiberglass sloop built with the solid engineering Bavaria is known for. Her fuller bow and broad stern give her noticeably more interior volume than typical boats of this length, while her single rudder design supports responsive handling and strong performance across all points of sail. A Yanmar 40 hp diesel engine with folding propeller provides auxiliary power.

Below deck, the boat offers three cabins and one head. The interior has been upgraded throughout, with additional water capacity and an electric head. An inverter and diesel heating system support year-round comfort, while a marine stereo provides entertainment.

Sailing systems include in-mast mainsail with laminated sails and vertical battens, a bowsprit configured for a code zero, and rigging set up for code zero deployment—though the sail itself is not included. A bowthruster aids maneuvering in tight spaces. Upgraded winches handle sail control efficiently. Electronics comprise a premium package with autopilot, AIS transceiver, and integrated navigation systems.
