2023 Bavaria R40 Coupe

The 2023 Bavaria R40 Coupe is a 40-foot express cruiser built from fiberglass with clean German styling and an uncluttered design. Powered by twin Volvo Penta D-6 diesel engines producing 380 horsepower each, the boat reaches speeds up to 36 knots. The twin DPI drives are operated via Aquamatic joystick for intuitive docking control, and a bow thruster with dedicated battery aids maneuverability.

The yacht accommodates two cabins and two ensuite heads. The full-beam master stateroom features an ensuite head and dedicated shower, as does the VIP stateroom forward. The salon includes wenge flooring, while mattresses are cold foam and cushion covers are ultra leather. Venetian blinds are fitted throughout. A scissor berth in the forward stateroom offers additional sleeping space.

Navigation and communication equipment includes a Simrad NSS evo3 12-inch multifunction display with WiFi, Simrad VHF RS40 with AIS, a wireless remote, Simrad radar with 4G broadband radome, and autopilot with heading compass. An aft docking camera aids maneuverability. The boat carries a Fusion MS-RA770 Apollo stereo with four speakers and features a searchlight with remote control.

Onboard systems include an electric cook top, refrigerator in the cockpit, 110V 50-amp shore power, and electric windlass with remote and chain counter. Bennett trim tabs, a hydraulic lowerable swim platform, and an exterior lighting package with underwater lights are installed. The yacht comes with mooring kit, fenders, docklines, and anchor with chain. A cockpit table with folding leaves and Suntex upholstery complete the cockpit area.
