The 2023 Bayliner VR4 Bowrider is an 18.75-foot fiberglass bowrider powered by a single 200-horsepower MerCruiser gasoline engine. The VR4 brings practical design to a compact, towable package, incorporating Bayliner's BeamForward hull design to maximize interior width and comfort despite its modest overall beam of 7.5 feet. The AftAdvantage stern layout shifts the rear seating to the aft-most point of the running surface, extending the swim platform and creating additional space for passengers and gear.

The open layout prioritizes flexible seating and lounging options. Movable backrests allow configurable seating arrangements throughout the day, while optional cushion packages—including a filler cushion that creates an extra bow seat and sun pad inserts—expand the comfort and sunbathing areas.
