2023 Chaparral 21 Surf

The 2023 Chaparral 21 Surf is a 21-foot fiberglass bowrider built for wakesurfing and watersports. Powered by a single 250-hp Volvo engine with forward drive, it combines the SSi line's versatility with performance-focused features. The boat includes Malibu Surf Gates for instant wake adjustment without repositioning, a Simrad G09 touchscreen multifunction chartplotter with transducer, and a premium stereo system with Bluetooth and Sirius capability.

The cockpit layout includes two slide-and-swivel bucket seats forward, a rear bench seat with integrated 70-quart cooler storage, and an aft sundeck with lounge and aft-facing seating. The bow features a molded bowrider area with walkthrough door and storage under the cushions. The dashboard is custom molded fiberglass with a hand-stitched vinyl wrapped visor, and the helm includes a polished spoke steering wheel with power-assisted tilt function. Interior color packages are available in Black, Blue, Steel Blue, Sterling, or Cayenne White.

Standard equipment includes a ballast system with 675-pound capacity soft bags and pump, molded glove box, stainless steel grab handles and eight drinkholders, LED cockpit lighting, anchor locker, dual batteries with crossover switch, automatic bilge pump, and a SeaDek swim platform mat. The hull is reinforced with Kevlar laminate and built using Premium Hydropel resin for blister resistance. An integrated swim platform, molded footrests, and diamond-pattern non-skid surfaces add safety and usability. Exterior options include hull side gelcoat colors and a coordinated Sunbrella Bimini top with logo boot and wakeboard storage.

The boat comes with a black powder-coated tandem axle trailer featuring 15-inch aluminum wheels, disc brakes on all four wheels, submersible LED lights, swing-away tongue with folding jack, and trailer side guides.
