2023 Chaparral 280 OSX

The 2023 Chaparral 280 OSX is a 28-foot fiberglass bowrider powered by twin Yamaha F250 outboards with digital electronic steering. The boat features Helm Master EX joystick control for enhanced handling and maneuverability. A Kevlar-reinforced hull provides durability, backed by a limited lifetime hull warranty. The fiberglass hardtop with bonded skylight offers weather protection over the helm and bow areas.

The helm station includes twin Simrad NSS7 EVO3 multifunction displays angled for optimal visibility, along with a Clarion premium stereo system featuring six speakers, Bluetooth connectivity, USB and auxiliary inputs, and a Sirius XM satellite radio tuner with antenna. The twin helm seat swivels and pivots for comfort and accessibility. Aft seating includes a bench with a reversible backrest, complemented by a bow filler cushion and removable cockpit table that mounts in multiple locations.

Onboard conveniences include an electric flush head, battery charger, windlass, trim tabs, and SeaDek nonskid flooring on the swim platform. Two rod holders and stainless steel cup holders are integrated throughout. A starboard dive door provides easy water access. LED lighting runs throughout the boat, with a flag pole and engine covers included.

The engines have logged 99 hours of operation and received Yamaha's 100-hour service in April 2025. The hull is finished in alloy gray with a black bootstripe, and bottom paint is applied. The boat is NMMA certified and carries factory warranty coverage through June 2025.
