The 2023 Cobalt R8 is a 27-foot fiberglass bowrider powered by a Volvo Penta V8 430-horsepower DuoProp engine. It delivers cruising speeds around 32 knots and a top end near 40 knots. The boat features dual Garmin 8610 glass cockpit displays for navigation and helm control, paired with an electric helm seat and stainless steel foot tread.

The helm and social spaces incorporate multiple premium touches: a leather-wrapped, color-matched steering wheel, wireless phone charger, RGB LED interior accent lighting, and weighted throw pillows. A wood interior accent package complements the sea grass floor covering and dinette table with teak accents. Exterior styling includes satin black lettering, a premium bimini top, bow and cockpit tonneau covers, stainless steel docking lights, and RGB underwater lighting.

Accommodations include a head compartment with an electric porcelain toilet, console sink, and portal light. Storage compartments throughout the boat feature dedicated lighting.
