This 2023 custom houseboat is built on aluminum pontoons and measures 25 feet in length with an 8.5-foot beam. The design emphasizes comfortable stationary living with climate control heating and air conditioning throughout. The boat does not have onboard propulsion and is intended for dockside placement.

The interior includes an enclosed sunroom, a full bathroom, and a composting head. The main sleeping area features a booth table that converts to a double berth with an electric mechanism. The layout prioritizes livable space and modern comfort for extended waterside residence.

The aluminum hull construction reflects careful builder attention to detail and durability. This is the third example of the Hadlee Houseboat design to be built, with the previous two units deployed for short-term rental operations.
