This 2023 Excel 1860 Viper F4 is an 18-foot aluminum runabout powered by a 75 hp Mercury outboard engine. The boat carries just 300 hours and remains under the engine manufacturer's warranty. It comes with a Diamond City trailer fitted with custom wheels.
