The 2023 Falcon F22 is a 22-foot center console built around a hybrid hull design by Morelli and Melvin that combines a smooth offshore ride with excellent handling in shallow water. The symmetric/asymmetric configuration resists stuffing in following seas and provides a dry boat motion across varied conditions. The fiberglass hull uses full vacuum infusion construction with composite materials bonded by MMA adhesives, creating a rigid structure free of wood components.
The boat is powered by twin Suzuki D140 outboards delivering 280 horsepower. Fuel capacity runs to 112 gallons across two 56-gallon aluminum tanks with Racor water separators. A Simrad 12-inch NSS Evo3S electronics suite provides navigation and fish-finding capability. The U-flex hydraulic steering system and self-bailing cockpit are standard features.
The deck layout prioritizes usable fishing space with a full-width forward casting platform and bench seating, two 22-gallon insulated baitwells with 800 GPH pump systems, and two 335-quart insulated fish boxes. Additional features include a leaning post, lighted console porta-potti, sliding cooler and tackle station, forward bow seating with backrests, and fold-down dash panel for clean wiring access. The boat carries dual Talon anchoring systems and stainless steel hardware throughout, including five cleats, multiple through-hull fittings with ball valve shutoffs, and cup holders. LED navigation and courtesy lighting, 12-volt and USB charging ports, and dual 1100 GPH bilge pumps with automatic switches complete the setup.
