The 2023 Fountain Bluewater 38 CC is a fiberglass center console powered by three Mercury 300 V8 engines delivering 900 horsepower total. With under 150 hours on the engines, the boat measures 38 feet in length with a 10.5-foot beam, offering a solid platform for offshore and coastal cruising.

The layout centers on an enclosed console housing a head and helm station equipped with twin Garmin multifunction displays, Garmin dome radar, Garmin VHF radio, and Mercury Vessel View integration. A Fusion audio head unit powers JL Audio speakers throughout. Forward of the console sits a U-shaped seating area with backrests and a forward lounger, while an aft-facing mezzanine and aft bench seat provide additional seating options. An electric windlass handles ground tackle, and a bow thruster aids maneuvering.
