2023 Key West 263 FS

This 2023 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot fiberglass center console powered by twin Yamaha 200-horsepower four-stroke outboards with fly-by-wire controls. The hull features foam-injected fiberglass stringers, closed-cell positive flotation, and a self-bailing cockpit. A hardtop with integrated storage boxes and a stainless steel steering wheel with hydraulic power assist anchor the command area, supported by a compass, electric horn, and dedicated electronics space.

The helm console includes a spacious, lighted interior suitable for a head, with a power outlet on the dash. Forward seating has built-in backrests, while a console seat with cushion and backrest sits to port. The standout feature is a large leaning post with 94-quart cooler and independent flip bolsters; a full-width rear bench seat with removable bottom cushion and storage beneath rounds out the seating, along with cockpit bolsters and stainless steel cup holders throughout.

Fishing capability is substantial: dual aft aerated livewells with separate pumps and LED lights, a macerated forward fish box with a 5-gallon bucket holder, and a spacious in-deck fish box. Gunwale rod storage accommodates eight-foot rods, while a high-pressure washdown and freshwater system support daily operations. A thru-hull windlass with anchor, rope, and chain is fitted on the bow.

Additional equipment includes 12-inch trim tabs with indicators, twin bilge pumps with auto float switches, dual battery switch, and a linered bilge with large access. A side boarding door with hidden ladder, recessed low-profile bow rail, and white rub rail with stainless steel insert define the deck. Electronics include a Garmin GPS with transducer, a Fusion stereo system with eight speakers, and LED underwater and mood lighting. A stainless steel propeller is included.
