2023 Key West 263 FS

The Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Yamaha 400 hp engines. It's the largest model in Key West's Family Sportsman line, designed for active families who want a capable fishing and cruising platform.

The boat features a hardtop, power assist steering, and a side entry door with hidden ladder for easy boarding. An under-deck windlass is standard. The console layout combines comfortable cruising space with serious fishing capability: dual aerated livewells keep bait and catch fresh, and the boat carries 22 rod holders plus horizontal storage racks beneath the gunnels that accommodate 8-foot fishing rods.

At 9.25 feet of beam, the 263 FS offers solid stability and usable deck space. The design balances family comfort with the practical features anglers expect—livewells, rod storage, and an open layout that works equally well for a day of fishing or time on the water with family.
