2023 Key West 263 FS

This 2023 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console built on a fiberglass stepped hull and powered by twin Yamaha 200-horsepower four-stroke outboards. The stepped hull design promotes rapid planing, minimal bow rise, and clear sightlines. The boat sits on an aluminum Magic Tilt tandem axle trailer and holds 175 gallons of fuel, 20 gallons of fresh water, and 9 gallons of holding tank capacity.

The 263 FS accommodates up to 12 people and balances serious fishing capability with family comfort. Fishing features include dual livewells positioned aft, 22 rod holders distributed across the gunwales, transom, and bow (with nine rocket launchers, two angled outward on the hardtop), and horizontal rod storage molded into the deck. A Minn Kota Terrova trolling motor is mounted on the port bow, and an electric windlass sits at the helm for anchor handling.

The center console helm houses dual 16-inch Garmin GPSMap touchscreen displays, an ICOM VHF marine radio, and an eight-speaker stereo system. Behind the helm, a galley area includes a freshwater sink, cutting board, drawer, and slide-out cooler. A through-hull door with an integrated stowable ladder provides convenient water access. The oversized hardtop delivers ample shade, while folding bolster seating at the helm accommodates two people comfortably. Storage is extensive: a fish box and generous space under the bow seating, plus a removable storage liner under the rear bench for full bilge access.

The boat shows 169 engine hours. Fresh water and saltwater washdown systems are connected under the port gunnel. An onboard portable head can be accommodated in the console storage area.
