2023 Lagoon 46

The 2023 Lagoon 46 is a modern catamaran designed for extended cruising. Naval architecture by VPLP Design, exterior styling by Patrick le Quément, and interior design by Nauta Design create a balanced approach to comfort and performance. The fiberglass hull is built by infusion, providing a light and durable structure. At just under 46 feet in length and over 26 feet in beam, the boat delivers exceptional interior and exterior volumes.

Twin Yanmar 4JH57 diesel engines—57 horsepower each—drive the catamaran from separate hulls, with folding three-bladed propellers and an electric bow thruster. Cruising speed runs 8 knots; maximum speed reaches 10 knots. Direct-shaft transmission ensures efficient, responsive propulsion.

The four-cabin layout includes a forward cabin in the starboard hull, each cabin fitted with its own head featuring toilet, shower, and sink. The Grand Comfort Nature interior furnishings bring quiet elegance throughout. The main saloon is bright and open, flowing naturally to the cockpit and flybridge. A fully equipped galley includes a stainless steel Force 10 oven, 220V dishwasher, three refrigeration units (155, 90, and 80 liters), and an ice maker. The cockpit features a sliding bench, comfort cushions, a wood dining table, and forward sun lounges; the flybridge offers additional seating and sunbathing space.

Raymarine electronics comprise an i70s display, p70s autopilot, Axiom Pro 16-inch chart plotter with Quantum 2 Doppler radar, RAY90 VHF, and AIS transceiver. A reversible 220V Webasto climate system, large opening roof hatch, and Bose FreeSpace 3 audio in the saloon enhance comfort. Power and water systems include a 100-liter-per-hour desalinator, generator, 2000 VA converter, and dedicated fresh and seawater pumps. Sails include a Dacron gaff mainsail, Mylar Code 0 with furler and pole, and electric winches.
