The 2023 Malibu Wakesetter 21 LX is a tournament-focused wake and surf boat built with a fiberglass hull and powered by a Malibu Monsoon 360 hp M5Di V-Drive inboard engine. The boat measures 21 feet in length with an 8.5-foot beam and comes with a tandem-axle trailer fitted with guide-ons, custom wheels, a detachable tongue, and disc/surge brakes.

The layout includes wrap-around passenger seating, an open bow seating area, a driver's bucket seat with bolster support, and an engine hatch sun pad. The boat is equipped with a wake board tower and integrated speakers, wake board racks, a power wedge, ski pylon, and surf gates for versatile water sports. Control systems include Malibu touch screen controls, tilt wheel, and cruise control, while a water ballast system aids in wake and wave shaping.
