The 2023 Maori 54 is a fiberglass cruiser built on Italian design principles, engineered for speed and adaptability. Twin MAN diesel engines producing 1,700 hp total drive her to a top speed of 45 knots and a cruising speed of 35 knots. Equipped with Jolly surface drives, Seakeeper SK3 stabilization, and bow and stern thrusters, she combines performance capability with a smooth, controlled ride.
The layout centers on open, social spaces. The bow and stern feature expansive sunpads with seating areas, while the central deck includes a dining space with convertible table and galley equipped with an induction hob, refrigeration, and icemaker. Below, a single cabin interior converts for overnight use and includes an en-suite head with Tecma fixtures. An adjustable swim platform facilitates water access.
Systems are complete and well-specified. Navigation relies on a Garmin package with chartplotter, radar, autopilot, AIS, and depth sounder. Air conditioning is handled by Frigomar units. The Cummins Onan 8kW generator carries extended warranty coverage, as does the Seakeeper stabilizer. Entertainment runs through a Fusion head unit with JL speakers throughout. Fuel capacity is 2,300 liters, with freshwater at 400 liters and wastewater capacity of 75 liters each.
The boat includes spare Jolly surface drive units, spare propellers, and spare filters and pumps, supporting extended cruising and maintenance flexibility.
