The McConaghy MC75 is a 2023 performance catamaran built from advanced carbon composite materials by McConaghy Boats. At 76 feet with a 32-foot beam, she combines lightweight construction with contemporary styling defined by clean lines, expansive glazing, and a streamlined extended flybridge. Powered by twin 300-horsepower Yanmar diesel engines, she's designed for serious sailing—responsive in light winds and capable of boat speeds to 21 knots in 20 knots of wind, as well as efficient long-range cruising.
The interior flows openly across the saloon, dining, and lounge areas in neutral grey and white with warm orange accents, with sliding doors connecting seamlessly to the aft cockpit and its large dining and seating spaces. Six ensuite guest cabins accommodate up to 12 guests, each with convertible beds (five doubles, one twin), sea-facing windows, modern grey bathrooms, and individual climate control. The layout includes separate crew accommodation and multiple relaxation zones on deck and the flybridge.
The boat comes equipped for active cruising and watersports: wakeboards, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, scuba gear, an e-foil, inflatable tender and dinghy, and electric and traditional bicycles. Six heads serve the accommodation. This yacht won her class in the 2024 ARC Transatlantic Race, completing the 3,135-nautical-mile passage from Gran Canaria to Saint Lucia.
