2023 Midnight Express 43 Solstice

The 2023 Midnight Express 43 Solstice is a center console powered by quad Mercury Racing 450R engines. This fiberglass hull measures 43 feet in length with a 12.5-foot beam. Custom paint work covers the hull, deck, hardtop, and all antennas to a coordinated color scheme, with the four engines finished in two complementary colors.

The boat features an extended hardtop with a rear-mounted fresh water shower and side-mounted scene lighting. Below deck, the Solstice cabin includes a television, 8000 BTU reverse-cycle air conditioning, a 5.0kW gas generator with remote start panel, and a 110V distribution panel. A Seakeeper 6 gyroscopic stabilizer is installed. Helm seating includes a captain's chair with two sliding insulated coolers positioned in the rear seat, plus a six-inch Starboard step forward. The forward section has a stylized fiberglass U-seat with an electric table that converts to a sunpad and drops flush to the floor. An aft U-lounge with fiberglass base provides additional seating and storage. Foam decking runs throughout the cockpit, console, and transom well.

Navigation and control systems include three Garmin 8622 chartplotters flush-mounted to the dash, a 4kW HD open array radar, a FLIR thermal imaging system providing approximately 240 degrees of viewing, and a depthsounder with in-hull transducer. A quick-deploy anchor windlass system features 300 feet of line, 10 feet of galvanized chain, and a 33-pound polished stainless steel anchor with a custom roller system. Dual thrusters—80kg bow and stern units—are mounted with rocker switch controls on the dash. The boat also features a carbon fiber dash, dual bow thrusters, quad engine automatic motor flush, and upgraded black anodized euro-style hardware throughout.

Entertainment and comfort options include a premium JL audio system with fourteen 8.8-inch speakers, six 12-inch subwoofers, amplifiers, and a Fusion Apollo 770 head unit with Bluetooth connectivity. Two additional 12-inch subwoofers and 8.8-inch speakers provide rear audio coverage. Seventeen LED cupholders and color-changing LED underwater lights under the steps and in the transom add functional lighting. Additional features include a rear-facing camera, LED spotlight with remote control, twin trumpet air horns, and two gloveboxes on the dash.
