2023 Nautitech 44 Open

The 2023 Nautitech 44 Open is a fiberglass catamaran built in France and designed as a performance-oriented cruising platform. This Sport version emphasizes sailing capability over typical production models, combining a responsive helm, efficient rigging, and seaworthy hull design with genuine comfort and livability. The boat is powered by two 50 hp Volvo Penta D2 Saildrive engines with folding three-blade propellers.

The layout accommodates three cabins and two heads across the dual hulls. The owner's hull contains a queen berth with a separate shower and marine toilet, while the guest hull offers a queen cabin, a double cabin, and a second head with shower. The saloon features a convertible table that can function as lounge seating or additional sleeping space, opening into a large cockpit with dining table, three sofas, and a refrigerator. The galley is equipped with gas oven and stove, two refrigerators, two freezers, and an electric seawater pump. Air conditioning runs throughout, and the foredeck provides a dedicated lounge area with cushions.

The rig includes a square-top mainsail (77 m²), self-tacking jib (34 m²), gennaker/reacher (98 m²), and bowsprit. Three electric winches, an electric anchor windlass with remote, and upgraded steering and cleats support efficient handling. Navigation equipment comprises B&G electronics: two Zeus 9" chartplotters at the helms, a Zeus 12" at the chart table, dual Triton multifunction displays, autopilot controllers, AIS transceiver, and forward-scan sonar. A 9,000W Onan generator (560 hours), Victron 2,000W inverter/charger, and solar charging system provide power; solar panels require replacement. Additional systems include water heater, UV drinking water filter, full cockpit enclosure, and external sun shades.

The boat has been lightly used and stored hauled-out for much of its life. Included with the sale are a Highfield dinghy with 20 hp Tohatsu outboard and wakeboard, Starlink High Performance system, Bauer Junior II dive compressor with four dive tanks, inflatable SUP, gas grill, liferaft, and assorted tools and spares.
