The 2023 Parker 2820 XLD is a 28-foot sport cabin built on a deep-V fiberglass hull designed for offshore fishing. Twin Yamaha 300 outboards power the boat, with under 105 hours on the engines. The sport cabin provides shelter and comfort, with windows and a forward hatch leading to a forward berth for rest. The large cockpit is arranged for serious fishing, featuring a fighting chair and rod holders, though it can be configured to accommodate family cruising as well.
The electronics and rigging package is comprehensive. Navigation and fishfinding are handled by a Simrad NSS16 EVO3 display fully networked to the motors and autopilot, paired with dual Airmar through-hull transducers and a sonar hub. Communications include dual ICOM IC-M424G VHF radios with dual antennas and a Sirius XM weather receiver. The boat has 18-foot carbon fiber outriggers, dual windlass systems, and a Simrad autopilot. A ProMariner onboard battery charger manages power, and a Fusion stereo rounds out the upper station.
An upper control station with a fold-aft design and removable shade canopy was added and built by Quality Top. The helm features Seaspencion seats, and the deck is finished with carbon fiber-backed marine mat. A large Yeti cooler occupies the cockpit, and underwater lights have been installed. One head with marine flushing toilet serves the boat. A marine battery charger and five-year ceramic coating on the hull, motors, and upholstery are included. A 2023 Continental trailer comes with the boat.
