2023 Pathfinder 2700 Open

The 2023 Pathfinder 2700 Open is a center console designed to handle both shallow-water and offshore conditions. Built on a fiberglass hull, it combines a generous forward deck typical of a bay boat with the open cockpit layout of a traditional center console, creating a versatile platform for fishing across varying depths and conditions.

Power comes from a single Yamaha 425 XTO engine with 414 hours. The boat is equipped with navigation and electronics including a Simrad EVO3s 16 display, Simrad VHF radio, and a Yamaha CL5 display. Additional systems include an Airmar transducer, Rhoden gateway interface, JL Audio stereo with speakers, and a Racor fuel and water separator. The boat has dual batteries—one deep cycle and one for starting.

Night operation capability is provided by a Sionyx nightwave system. The wiring is in place for an electric trolling motor, though one is not included. At 27 feet in length with a 9-foot-4-inch beam, this boat measures well for both stability and trailering. No trailer is included.
