2023 Ranger Tugs R-27

The 2023 Ranger Tug R-27 Luxury Edition is a 27-foot express cruiser built around thoughtful design and efficient performance. Powered by a single Yamaha F300 engine producing 300 horsepower, it delivers a cruising speed of 36 knots with a maximum speed of 45 knots. The fiberglass hull features custom two-tone paint: dark navy blue below the waterline and brilliant navy above. With only 110 hours of operation and a completed 100-hour service by a certified Yamaha dealer, the engine is in excellent condition.

The interior comprises three cabins and one head, designed for comfortable extended cruising or living aboard. Notable custom installations include teak forward berth bi-fold doors, an upper forward berth hatch that slides away neatly forward of the helm, and an extended forward berth bed board for increased sleeping space. A sliding teak closet door and interior shelving provide organized storage. The galley benefits from a modified port-side passenger seat that increases counter space without sacrificing legroom, while an HVAC duct has been added to the head for climate control.

Five ceiling hatch covers equipped with two-way sliding screens and blinds—four in the main cabin and one in the forward berth—provide ventilation and light control throughout. Practical safety features include three accessible fire extinguishers, a set of four adult life jackets, and a US Coast Guard approved electronic LED flare. Equipment includes dock bumpers, a six-foot dock box, and a 50-foot shore power cord.
