2023 Regal 28 Express

This 2023 Regal 28 Express is a compact express cruiser powered by a single Volvo Penta V8 300 hp engine with direct injection and EVC controls. The boat measures 28 feet 9 inches long with an 8-foot 6-inch beam and features an 18-degree deadrise hull. With just 51 hours on the engine and a service completed at 48 hours, the boat has seen minimal use. It has been stored indoors year-round on its included trailer and operated exclusively in fresh water.

The cabin accommodates overnight cruising with an electric head, refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioning. Topside, a power tower frames the helm, while a foredeck sunpad and custom-fit cooler provide outdoor comfort. The boat carries 73 gallons of fuel, 18 gallons of fresh water, and an 18-gallon waste tank. Shore power comes via a 30-amp 50-foot cord.
