The 2023 Regency 250 DL3 is a 27-foot aluminum pontoon powered by a single 350-horsepower Mercury engine. The boat's aluminum construction and precision frame provide structural rigidity, while the black powdercoated logs and DIAMOND COAT-finished railing deliver durability and visual definition.

The layout centers on two main seating areas: a bow lounge with pillow-top cushioning and an aft switchback bed lounge. The helm is well-appointed with LED-rimmed push-button controls, a Lowrance depthfinder, and Bluetooth-compatible Kicker stereo with four speakers. Storage is distributed throughout via underseat compartments and STOW MORE seatback storage, with an additional pop-up privacy enclosure beneath the aft bed lounge.
