The 2023 Regency 250 DL3 is a 25-foot aluminum pontoon powered by a single 350-horsepower Mercury engine. The boat measures 8.5 feet across the beam and combines open-water capability with refined onboard amenities.

The layout centers on multiple lounging areas: a pillowtop bow lounge and a roomy aft switchback bed lounge serve as the primary seating. The helm is equipped with LED-rimmed push-button controls, a Lowrance depthfinder, and a Bluetooth-enabled Kicker stereo driving four speakers. Storage is distributed throughout via underseat compartments, seatback storage, and a pop-up changing enclosure integrated beneath the aft lounge. Ambient blue-tinted LED lighting throughout the interior provides evening atmosphere.

The exterior features diamond-coat-finished track-formed fencing mounted on black powdercoated logs, designed for security without rattle.
