The 2023 Sea Fox 288 Commander is a 28-foot center console powered by twin Yamaha 300XSB engines producing 600 total horsepower. The boat features the brand's signature Carolina Flare hull and a 9'8" beam, designed to deliver a stable, dry ride in rough conditions. Twin Yamaha power plants achieve mid-50s top speeds with efficient cruising in the 30–35 mph range.

The boat is rigged for serious fishing. It includes a 60-gallon pressurized live well with aquarium viewing, multiple insulated in-floor fish boxes with overboard discharge, and a dedicated rigging station at the helm. A port-side dive/dock door with stainless steel frame simplifies boarding and landing catches. The bow holds twin high-back loungers with a convertible table that transforms into a full-width sun pad or casting platform, balancing fishing focus with family comfort. A single head provides onboard facilities.

The engine package shows only 329 hours of use. The boat comes equipped with a Sport Trail Trailer and retains modern Sea Fox styling and technology throughout.
