This 2023 Sea Hunt Gamefish 30 Coffin Box is a twin-engine center console built for serious offshore fishing and long-range cruising. Powered by twin Yamaha 300 outboards with a NizPro tune installed at 450 hours, the boat reaches 62 mph top speed and cruises at 34–40 mph depending on load. The hull is solid white fiberglass with a slate blue T-top and tan interior. At nearly 30 feet with a 9.75-foot beam, the layout centers on a battle station with captain's chairs and leaning post overlooking a 320-quart coffin box, 240-quart transom fish box, and three live wells totaling 82 gallons. A 225-gallon fuel tank and saltwater wash down support extended trips.

Navigation and electronics run through a comprehensive Garmin system: twin 8616 XSV displays, GMS 10 port expander, 4-foot Fantom radar, VHF, Sirius XM weather, and thermal night vision camera. A Yamaha autopilot with joystick control and integrated electric steering simplify boat handling. An 8-foot Power Pole Blade and 36-volt Minn Kota Riptide trolling motor with I-Pilot provide station-keeping. Full custom RGB lighting—including 30-inch LED light bar, underwater and spreader lights across six zones—ties into the Garmin displays and mobile app.

Battery infrastructure includes seven deep-cycle and starting units installed in December 2025, backed by dual ProMariner chargers. A 19-gallon freshwater tank and custom acrylic live well overlay add practical refinement. Sound comes from a JL Audio system with twin 5-channel amplifiers and multiple speakers.
