The 2023 Skipper-BSK BSK 38 is a high-performance rigid inflatable boat built for offshore cruising and racing. Its 4-step hull design is engineered for rapid planing, with a 24–25° deadrise at the transom that combines speed with seaworthiness. Twin Mercury outboards rated at 900 horsepower propel the boat to a maximum speed of 86 knots, with a cruising speed around 55 knots. The hull measures 37 feet 10 inches overall with an 11-foot beam.

The boat's accommodations include a full galley with wet bar, refrigerator, and sink, along with one head featuring an electric marine toilet. The helm and seating area are appointed with solid teak flooring, a carbon fiber dashboard, and ergonomically designed bucket seats.
