2023 Steiger Craft 31 Fisherman

The 2023 Steiger Craft 31 Fisherman is a pilothouse boat built on a deep vee fiberglass hull, measuring 31 feet long with a 10-foot beam. Twin Mercury Verado V8 outboard engines rated at 300 horsepower each power the boat, with 120 hours on the clock. The engines are paired with stainless steel three-blade propellers. The boat rides on a white hull with navy blue stripes and blue bottom paint, while the deck is finished in tan.

The pilothouse cabin contains a v-berth with extended starboard sleeping area, a head situated underneath the berth, and a helm station on the starboard side with an additional seat behind it and storage below. A port-side bench seat with storage runs along the cabin interior. A removable transom bench spans the full width of the cockpit. The boat includes an electric anchor windlass, freshwater and saltwater wash-down systems, and a bow thruster for maneuvering.

Navigation and electronics are comprehensive: dual 12-inch SIMRAD touchscreen GPS displays with side buttons, a four-foot SIMRAD Halo open array radar, SIMRAD autopilot, SIMRAD VHF RS40 radio, and Mercury Vessel View 502 display. A FLIR thermal camera, Fusion stereo with four speakers, two LED light bars, rocket launcher on the hardtop with two spreader lights, under-gunnel lights, and underwater lights complete the package.
