2023 Van der Valk Edge 65

This 2023 Van der Valk Edge 65 is a Dutch-engineered aluminum flybridge yacht designed by Studio Delta Naval Architects with exterior styling by Cor D. Rover and interiors by Carla Guilhem Design. Built from marine-grade aluminum alloy (AlMg4.5Mn – H321 hull / H111 superstructure), she displaces just 35 tons at full load and is powered by four Mercury V12 600 HP outboards delivering 2,400 total horsepower. The yacht cruises at 27 knots and reaches speeds of 40 knots, while her Petestep hull system is engineered to reduce drag, improve lift, and enhance comfort in coastal conditions.

The shallow 3-foot draft makes her ideal for shallow-water cruising in South Florida and the Bahamas. She holds CE Class B (Coastal) certification and includes a 16kW Northern Lights generator for onboard power. The interior layout comprises an owner's suite and two guest cabins, with two heads. Her design reflects Van der Valk's semi-custom construction philosophy, emphasizing precision engineering and European craftsmanship rather than production-volume manufacturing.
