The 2023 Wally WallyTender 48X is a 48.88-foot fiberglass runabout built for performance and comfort. Four Mercury Verado V8 450R outboard engines—totalling 1,800 horsepower and split evenly across the transom—deliver a top speed of 55 knots and a cruising speed of 36 knots with a range of 340 nautical miles. The twin-engine configuration on each side of the transom enables installation of a retractable hydraulic boarding passerelle and swim ladder for convenient water access.

The deck accommodates entertaining, with fold-down bulwark sections that create an open living area for dining up to eight guests. Below, a fully equipped galley supports entertaining and cruising, while the air-conditioned cabin features an en-suite head with shower. Integrated deck storage, a touch-button anchoring system, and an optional Seakeeper gyroscopic stabiliser round out the equipment package. The design prioritizes a smooth, quiet ride across the water.
