The 2023 White River SunTracker Party Barge 22 RF DLX XP3 is a 24-foot aluminum pontoon powered by a single 150-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. The "RF" designation indicates a rear-facing lounge in place of the standard aft port seating, creating an ideal space for entertaining. The three-pontoon hull design provides enhanced stability and a smoother ride across the water.

The boat features four lounges throughout the layout, each equipped with the Stow More seat storage system that combines underseat and seat-back compartments for ample storage. A 10-foot Bimini top covers the main seating area, with an extended canopy forward to shade the front seats. Additional amenities include a stereo system, cooler storage integrated into the design, and a rear-boarding swim platform with a four-step telescoping ladder and grab rails.
