The Airslide Hovercraft A33 is a 2024 hovering craft built on a fiberglass hull designed to operate across any flat surface—water, snow, sand, ice, mud, or grass. At nearly 14 feet in length with a beam of just over 7 feet, it combines lightweight construction with the stability of a permanently pressurized four-cell loop system. The hull is reinforced with a durable skirt system built to withstand varied terrain.
Power comes from a Toyota engine equipped with multipoint electronic fuel injection. The lightweight design allows the craft to be transported by road on a dedicated trailer, making it practical to deploy across different environments without permanent mooring or ramp infrastructure.
The hovercraft operates effectively over shallow water, reefs, ice, mudflats, beaches, river deltas, and dry riverbeds—terrain where conventional boats cannot reach. The hovering principle means it leaves no environmental footprint, causes no damage to vegetation, and leaves no tracks on fragile surfaces.
